Project Process
Taking your project seamlessly from idea to completion
Strategic Furniture Plan
We want to hear your vision for your project! Your ideas help us develop a plan for your space and deliver the best products and finishes for your project.
On-Site Consultation to Assess Client Needs
Our team will visit your project site to help assess your needs, hear more about your ideas, discuss layout and design, measure your space, and discuss your budget and anticipated timeline for the project.
Furniture Layout
Based on the information we’ve received from our on-site visit with you, our design staff will create a preliminary furniture plan with the proposed layout for your project, which will be ready for you to review within five days.
Follow-Up Meeting
Your Innerplan Account Executive and Project Designer will schedule a second meeting with you to review your furniture layout design and confirm your product and finish selections.
Revisions
Innerplan’s design team will revise and update your furniture plan based on your feedback and will create an updated proposal within 3-5 days to be sent to you for your approval.
Order and Lead Time
Upon your signed approval of the proposal and furniture plan, your order will be placed and processed with the manufacturer. Your Innerplan Project Coordinator will contact you as soon as the manufacturer acknowledges the order (usually within 2 weeks).
Delivery and Installation
The installation date for your project is scheduled based on the manufacturer’s ship schedule and your project timeline. Your Project Coordinator will stay in touch with you regarding shipment and installation. Innerplan’s installation team handles delivery and installation of your new product.
Follow-Up Service
Your Innerplan Account Executive will accompany you on a walk-through after installation to ensure that everything meets your satisfaction. Our dedicated team is available to perform operation demonstrations and answer any questions you may have about your new furniture. We’re happy to assist you at any time!
